1) Get an accountability partner. You are more apt to keep your exercise appointments if accountability is automatically built in.
2) Try new routines, classes, etc. The sense of adventure will eliminate boredom of your routine. Try a Bikram Yoga, a bootcamp class or perhaps try a new DVD to sculpt your glutes. The more variety the better. You want those sexy curves to scream "sexy" when you unleash them under less clothing come Spring time.
3) Invest in the right gear! Transfer the $ from those lattes and fast food into the proper shoes and clothing for your activity. Sporting good stores are great for gear, but if you are trying to get fit on a budget, you can find some great gear at your local Target or Walmart.
4) Sharpen your will to win! Lay out your workout gear the night before, your activity, keep your running shoes by the door, create an awesome playlist if you listen to music so that you are super motivated during your routine. Create a cardio playlist and a strength training playlist. Leave no stone unturned!
