Only black-rice bran contains anthocyanins which are purple and reddish pigments found in other super foods like blueberries. Both blueberries and black rice are good for you, however, black rice has a lot less sugar than blueberries.

Here is a quick recipe for those who don't have time to cook healthy meals. Before you step in the shower put on a pot of black rice and a pot of mixed frozen vegetables. When you get out of the shower, you will have a meal that can last for a few days. Here is the recipe:
2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables
